Game of Thrones first season DVD pulled because of George Bush head on a pike.

Get your DVDs before they're all pulled.

'Game of Thrones' finale pulled from distribution because of George W. Bush's head

If you've been planning to pick up a copy of "Game of Thrones" Season 1 on DVD or Blu-ray, you'd better act fast. After the media picked up on the fact that George W. Bush's decapitated head appears briefly in the season 1 finale, HBO has halted shipping of Season 1 box sets according to Deadline.

I'm offended by Munro's disrespect of our POTUS, but I'm not to
be offended by a former president's head on a stake in a video
game?

Wait till Lieberman gets going on this.

using a silly mask on TV in a manner not intended to insult anyone and in such a way that virtually no one noticed until it was pointed out, are you????????????

Wow. But I bet W is glad you've got his back.

I don't follow your "logic" here.

It's a mask, but clearly looks like G.W., so it's acceptable.

Two, "nobody" noticed at first, so it's acceptable.

Intent. This is typically a criminal's defense tactic, also frequently used
by GOP'ers caught at some sort of criminal act. "I didn't intend to
do this or that".

It's not a matter of perception or intent, if it's an insult, it's an insult.

My point is, I respect the POTUS regardless of how the rank/sophomoric
partisanship game is played in Bloggo world.

now, i distinctly remember seeing *that* profile - but how anyone could claim (let alone, with absolute certainty!) that it was GWB's head is simply beyond me.

They've already said it wasn't anything political...just the head they had access to.

What a serious waste of resources.

I watched the show and never made any such connection. Even the pic above is only a slight resemblance.
