Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump has just gotten support from an unlikely -- and perhaps unwelcome -- source. .

Former Ku Klux Klan Grand Wizard David Duke defended Trump's tweet featuring a graphic of Hillary Clinton with a Star-of-David-shaped calling her the "Most Corrupt Candidate Ever!" The tweet was widely denounced, and the graphic was later changed to a circle.

Duke noted the change in a tweet and ventured that the campaign's initial tweet was "the hidden hand exposing itself":

On the September 7, 2016 episode of his radio show, David Duke and co-host Jay Hess talked about all the scary black people who are killing innocent white people in America and apparently Hillary Clinton is the architect of white genocide. Mike Pence declined to call former Klu Klux Klan leader David Duke “deplorable” in an interview on Monday, telling CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that he’s “not in the name-calling business.”

The Republican vice-presidential nominee was criticizing Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for saying “half” of Donald Trump’s supporters belonged in a “basket of deplorables” when Blitzer noted that the campaign has attracted some support from white nationalists, including Duke.

A black, rubber wet-suit sporting women's clothing and a blonde wig is hanging from a noose attached to a crane.

Fight breaks out at Trump rally

A supporter of Donald Trump's appears to have gotten in a fight with two protesters at his rally Monday night in Asheville, North Carolina.

The violence erupted as several protesters were being escorted out by security. A man in the crowd grabbed a male protester around the neck and then punched him.

The man then slapped at a woman being led out.

The Trump supporter was not ejected by security.

The fight broke out as Trump was defending his supporters against Democratic rival Hillary Clinton's comment that half of them belonged in a "basket of deplorables." She later said she regrets describing half of them that way.
