Does anyone remember Trump, in one of his tirades last week, using the word "perform" when

describing his so-called speeches? I know I heard it and thought it could be a talking point to illustrate the obvious- that he cannot distinguish between a reality tv show and the incredibly responsible job of POTUS.

during the primaries, responding to criticism that he can sling insults with other primary contestants, but could he actually act "presidential" if he won.

he said "i can do presidential" and backed away from the podium and then returned to it in a slow, deliberate, imperial walk, then immediately returned to his frat-boy self, saying "see, i can do presidential!"

as if walking slowly was all it took to play the part of the most powerful person in the world.

The one where the room was hot. Use of that word definitely jumped out at me. His candidacy is nothing more than performance art. Sad, sick performance art.

Keep in mind that the word "performance" has multiple meanings. According to the online Mirriam-Webster Dictionary:

Simple Definition of performance
: an activity (such as singing a song or acting in a play) that a person or group does to entertain an audience
: the way an actor performs a part in a play, movie, etc.
: the act of doing a job, an activity, etc.

The third definition applies to giving a political speech as it's part of the job of running for office.

Don't worry, I'm not defending the idiot, Donald Trump. It's just that words are complex and understandings of definitions are important to being able to communicate. Actually, his use of the English language demonstrates Mr. Trump's low level of intelligence. His word choices are extremely limited and it is nearly impossible to parse his grammar.

first and or second definition(s). I jotted down a list of the
limited number of adjectives and adverbs he uses in his rants. I have small grandchildren who have a better command of the English language than does Drumpf in his most lucid moment. He fills in the blanks with his repetitive use of "very". And believe me folks, there are a yuuuuuge number of blanks to fill in.

his Oz medical letter release bragged about his testosterone levels. So he's performing for his fans onstage like he performed during his "own personal Vietnam", in the '60's and '70's.

I think he earned his purple heart by contracting syphilis during that "conflict". Though he just got his medal presented to him on stage recently, he unfortunately never had that wound treated.
