... During questioning of Dunbar by Ammon Bundys attorney Marcus Mumford, Judge Anna Brown threatened to hold him in contempt of court because he was asking questions about LaVoy Finicums death. Brown had previously issued an order over how Finicums shooting can be addressed in front of the jury.
She threatened to fine Mumford $1,000 for each question he asks about the circumstances of the shooting in front of the jury ...

... Dunbars testimony created a narrative of how the occupation unfolded from someone literally on the outside looking in. Dressed in a plaid shirt tucked into blue jeans with a large belt buckle and hat hair, Dunbar explained the occupations effect on his daily life on the ranch.
This came the same day U.S. District Court Judge Anna Brown threatened to hold Ammon Bundys attorney, Marcus Mumford, in contempt of court.
The warning came while the jury was in recess. Brown took issue with Mumford when he began asking questions about the circumstances surrounding the Jan. 26 fatal shooting of Robert LaVoy Finicum during cross-examination of Dunbar ...
