FUCK MSNBC!

I am sorry for this post but I am pissed as hell right now.

MSNBC FUCK YOU! You riot inciting mother fuckers! For what ratings? I hope you are sued into oblivion over this. I know you won't be but.

Fuck you!

A little explanation I was looking at the video of the Keith Scott shooting because someone posted a facebook video that supposedly showed the cops planting a gun. In the course of trying to see what happened I saw what is pretty compelling evidence that Mr. Scott did in fact have a gun. You can see my evidence for this in this thread it is easy to see if you look at the unedited video

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10028184048

Please look at it yourself and go look at the time stamps I posted for yourself.

In discussing it with someone in that thread they asked me to find another video of it and point out the same things. They mentioned MSNBC so I looked for the MSNBC video.

I found this fucking tragedy

http://www.msnbc.com/kate-snow/watch/breaking-down-the-charlotte-shooting-video-772030531731

The clowns in this video present it as if they have gone over it carefully and looked at it frame by frame but they then proceed to edit around the portion of the video where the gun first appears. I find it nearly impossible to believe they looked at it frame by frame with all of their advanced video equipment and could not see what is clear in my post I linked. In fact the choices of edit make me think they edited it out on purpose! All the while telling their viewers they looked very closely..

Mother of god these guys are inciting race riots on purpose! I can come up with no other explanation for it. JUST WTF!

So freaking mad right now.

I cut my cable years ago so I have not seen all the coverage on this but I am willing to bet MSNBC is not the only station doing this.

JUST WTF? people have been beaten and shot behind this and it is a fucking lie! An intentional misleading of the public.

Am I wrong on this? OMG it is now playing another clip spewing the same and again edited

Mr. Scott should not have been shot based on what we can see even though he undoubtedly had the gun. But this obvious editing fiasco is clearly an attempt to incite people.

AM I WRONG?

actual gun to highlight the gloves, but hey...they are "video experts".

Noticed they also didn't pick up on that Scott is about 3 feet closer to the shadow from the white truck in the final still photo, then when the glove thing was going on.

won’t release the police video of the shooting.

That in itself builds distrust and suspicion in the system, and opens everything to speculation, and actually increases the risk of more violence

3. Agreed the police have completely mishandled this from begining to end IMHO

This man should never have been shot IMHO even if he had a gun. There was no reason to make it into a life or death situation. He was contained in his car until they ordered him out.

Still this hatchet job by MSNBC is so fucking irresponsible I am spitting right now.

The cops are not helping even a little by holding that video. Not that it is necessary in my opinion the wifes video shows pretty clearly what happened where the gun is concerned.

4. WTF?

So, what exactly is America's position on guns?
The NRA and GOP insist that everybody should have the be armed. Yet they also insist that if someone does in fact have a gun, they should be shot.
If "laws" only apply to certain races, it should be stated in the "law" itself. They have created a web of violence, deceit, and even murder just because the NRA gives them money to run their bullshit campaigns.
We are a "country of laws" but we don't have any idea what the "laws" are, or we don't care. If someone isn't bound by the "law", that should be stated in the "law". If theiy violate the "law" they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the "law".
Or, is the master NRA plan that we are in a constant game of shoot 'em up?
America has lost the courage to even discuss this honestly.
Good job, GOP cowards.

My personal opinion is ban all of them but I recognize people want to hunt and target shoot. There has to be a happy medium somewhere that would remove the crazy plethora of them we have now and still leave people able to sport shoot.

I don't care if Mr. Scott had a gun he did not deserve to be shot by the police.

I do care that a narrative in this case is being spun that the cops planted the gun. While people might still be rioting regardless with good justification. Creating dangerous narratives like that only serves to make it more dangerous for everyone in my opinion.

spinning it as a definitive look that makes it appear the gun is planted with video cuts almost precisely where the gun appears only makes matters worse especially when it is so clearly not true.

and shoot him?

I haven't looked closely at the videos, mainly because it doesn't really matter to me whether he had a gun unless he saw a police car, jumped out of his truck and aimed it at police -- but nothing remotely like that happened. Even it did, there are too many cases where police just shoot an unarmed minority with no consequences.

And, no, I don't hate police. My father-in-law was a policeman and I even road with him a few times. I get it's a tough job and sometimes you have to shoot or be a little rough. But what we are seeing now, is something totally different.
