Rolling Stone names "dipshit sitcom" Duck Dynasty as worst TV show of all time

12 Worst TV Shows of All Time

http://www.rollingstone.com/tv/news/12-worst-tv-shows-of-all-time-w441775

Duck Dynasty
2012-present

Congratulations, Robertson family – you are officially the worst anything ever! A dipshit sitcom passed off as a reality show, with a bunch of bearded phonies stumbling over their scripted banter – like The Beverly Hillbillies with less believable facial hair. The Robertsons talked about Jesus a lot, but Jesus probably prefers Real Housewives like the rest of us.

I really liked that show - kind of quirky with fun and interesting characters. And it was nice to see a show with actual Indigenous actors playing the Indigenous characters. The only other time I've seen that is a show that ran on the CBC called 'North of 60', which was, hands down, the best dramatic television series the CBC ever ran.

(Actually, Northern Exposure is the only show on that list that I've ever watched.)

"Northern Exposure," although I didn't see the last couple seasons at all. Perhaps it went downhill then, but I liked the quirky characters and actually was raised around some like that. Perhaps RS didn't like that the series was filmed in Washington State, not Alaska. Then there was also Janine Turner who turned out to be a complete RW wacko in real life.

I must admit that I saw a couple episodes of "Ghost Whisperer" and regretted doing so. I couldn't even finish the first episode of "Stalker." But I've never seen ANY episodes of anything else on the list.

Apesanahkwat and Tim Sampson. I used to spend time with them every time I went to the UCLA Pow-wow and Apesanahkwat would sometimes come to the Saginaw Chippewa Pow-wow. Good times, indeed.

A friend of mine was in a movie with Janine Turner. They were the two female leads, so they spent quite a bit of time together. Despite her egregious political views, I was told Janine is really very nice. But this was before she become so politically vocal.

for John Cullum when he was the king in 'The King and I' at the Jones Beach theater many moons ago.

He's still a doll; very likeable man to this then 13? year old.

He did a whole lot of guest shots on the different versions of Law and Order, which always made me smile.

I remember now distinctly a scene where a Hispanic lineup broke into song and said "We're the local color with the coppertone skin... And you treat us like we're guilty of a terrible sin" or something very close to that. That show was gut-bustingly awful.
