Trump has an ear piece

His hair covers his left ear, but not his right, and he tries never to show that side of his face.

Just an observation and a hypothetical.

and he obviously is not being helped. He'd never agree to that anyhow because he thinks he's smarter than everybody else and doesn't need help.

So there's only so much help he can get. However, since Hillary's lack of a penis means she has to to do twice as well as Trump, the ear piece only has fifty percent capability
