The media and the GOP are both instruments of the business model.
There is a bias for business in both institutions.
It is natural for the media to agree with the positions of the GOP over the Democrats or any other Party because they are so close to each other in their philosophical beliefs. There is an innate skepticism about Democrats and their policy solutions.
The media tends to be more liberal in their "social" positions but very Republican-like with anything that has to do with economics or business.
The media and the GOP are two peas of the same pod. Everyone else is an outsider.
