Many minorities crawled on broken glass to elect our first non-white president. There were many first time voters everywhere.

I said with a chuckle that I thought, "Trump is finished after today."

She replied that she thought he could win. Then, after a pause, she asked me if something "new" happened. I told her that Trump was recorded saying that he was a star who could grab strange women that he liked by the pus*y (saying that word in a hushed tone).

Her eyes and mouth opened in shock before she eventually said, "No way!"

THEN she said, "He should have never said such a thing, but I still trust him more than Hillary."

A couple other customers were behind me at that point, so I just answered with a smile that Trump was too immature and dangerous to be President. Then I left.

MAYBE that clerk will later flip? Her initial wide-eyed expression proved to me that there was at least an emotional impact. (Heck, she may not be a voter anyway.)
