Does anyone even care about India and Pakistan?

Are any of the really important issues going to be discussed at all? Or is this all going to be about Trump and his totally obnoxious behavior?

What about economics, climate change, serious worldwide political issues?

sex beats Wall Street every day of the week.

Wall Street beats "real issues"... and nothing beats sex.

Looked like a news station. That was the second time I saw something about it after a single article on DU. Like I said, 8 don't understand the silence. Maybe you should post some articles.

The other stuff has gotten attention.

The Trump story is not nothing. It is material information near an election there is a hurricane floating around.

They're arguing about Kashmir, after India killed some people in the Pakistan-controlled part they said (with a fair amount of credibility) were about to launch a terrorist attack in the Indian-controlled part. There's no 'threat to nuke'.

But I would like to see the candidates talk about some of the other important issues at some point.

Today's news is about women's issues, and they are a paramount issue.

But to wag an accusatory finger for not discussing "issue x" is counter productive. Because I could in turn state that focusing on India/Pakistan ignores the bigger issues of institutional racism, human rights, economic disparities, (fill in your important issue), etc.

Many issues are a high priority, don't let the media cycle make you feel that other issues are less important. They are important, just not in this exact media cycle.

17. One could start an OP to discuss

rather than an OP to discuss the lack of discussion.

That presumes an honest desire to discuss the issue rather than a desire to castigate others for not discussing it, of course.
