The T and Tea base like to hate the Republicans and RINOs. They call the GOP the GOPe where e stands for "elite". They have the idea that the leadership of the party and the movers and shakers don't listen to the grassroots. Read that as meaning they aren't as crazy conservative as the T/Tea base.
