I am wondering if he might quit. When this broke, I think too many were thinking (hoping, rather) Trump would quit, but that man is a narcissist and his "personality" wouldn't allow for something which requires integrity. But, like my husband just said to me when I posited this scenario (Pence leaving the ticket), he said it would only be because Pence is looking at a run in 4 years.

what trump said or what he did those years ago, but he said nothing about either of them dropping out of the race. I think pence thinks he might be chosen to run if trump is bullied to the point he quits.

If he stays in and they lose, he'll be tied to Trump forever. If he quits, he's Sarah Palin. Or Ross Perot.

He doesn't campaign or make speeches. He just waits out the clock.
