The Trump Volcano has finally erupted ....

The Trump volcano has finally erupted. It took a year but all the media outlets can't one up each other fast enough with the latest sickening thing said by Trump. The race is on with TV & Radio stations digging up old Trump related audio and video clips to scrutinize it for damning evidence. The feeding frenzy is so volatile that the next 24 hours will determine if Trump quits despite his statements to the contrary. Even the debate tomorrow could be at risk of being cancelled.

has been available and out there for years. So I can only assume that the networks milked every dime out of this debacle and now that it's played out, they're ready to report the stuff that they should have been reporting for the last year and half. Trump is, was and always has been a despicable human being, but now we get to the truth, now that the money train has halted. All these months of misery, listening to this bloviating asshole, to the point of nausea. I will forget or forgive media for what they have put us thru.

We have a media there to, as you say, mile every dime out of the public. They do so by both catering to and encouraging a pathological desire for melodrama and entertainment over factual information.
