Make no mistake, it was sexual harassment on the tape

Don't let the alt-right tell you it was just "guy talk"

Trump had to know the context in which Billy Bush was requesting the hug after their conversation only moments before and that Bush was manipulating the woman to gain close physical contact with her. It was not just a friendly hug. It was creepy as hell and workplace exploitation. Workplace professionals do not scold grown adults to obtain closer physical contact.

And Trump saw it, watched it happen, and not only did not put a stop to it --- which would have been the mature and professional thing to do---but accepted a hug that was requested in the context of sexual manipulation.

There was that too

But what was occurring in the video was workplace exploitation. Trump, as a businessman, should have recognized it and shut it down. He didn't. He allowed it to occur and took part in it.

That woman was Billy Bush's co-worker. There was no need to request and hug from her like she was a rude child. That was despicable.

A handshake would have been sufficient, and in the context of what had been said moments before, if Trump was truly the professional they say he is, he would have not have taken part and just shook her hand.

This is not someone who should be leading others.

One falls under criminal law and the other falls under tort law.

Trump was also an employee of NBC at the time, so he was just as culpable. In theory as a businessman he should have known what he was doing created a serious liability, but as an idiot Trump has consistently shown he has little knowledge or even interest in the laws which govern business activities.

I would love to see Trump charged with sexual assault for that is what he admitted to doing and bragging that he can get way with it.

Trump feels that power and fame allow him to flaunt social values, and the law.

“And when you’re a star, they let you do it,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

Now he wants to be president?!!!

What will he do with that power?

The fact that he used lewd language is irrelevant...its the message about his character and worldview that should be held in contempt.
