I love my mother, a working mother & professional musician. She has a spirit of generosity with her family & friends & colleagues & neighbors. A great sense of humor. Any time there is someone in need, like most artists she was always among the first responders to organize benefit gatherings. For hurricane victims, to help save the manatee, for women's legal defense funding, for the musicians' union - if there was any need, she was there for others.
I love my sister. She's a librarian who volunteers also with the head start reading program and is currently volunteering every Saturday with the democratic party to help elect good people who support women's rights & equal pay for all. Like me she has Hillary's back.
I love all women.
The attacks on women by the republican party and most recently by Donald Trump will not stand. As a guy I am repulsed by attacks on women whether it be denying them their private health decisions or viciously attacking them in public or suggesting they shouldn't have been granted the right to vote.
We will rise above the sick twisted misogyny. When they go low we will go high. We will turn out in droves to support liberals who also love and stand by our sisters.
We are all stronger together!

I know I'll have her back in good and tough times. Just like I did with President Obama!

My sister protected my mother in those times, I was the youngest.
My wife has saved my life.
My first counselor, Mrs Barrett, guided me in my first steps through dealing with my social issues and bullying in elementary school.
Men have been there in my life, but never there FOR ME as much as the women were.
They bring me tears of joy to think of their sacrifice out of love for me and each other.
Women (and girls) rock.

Doesn't mean you don't see women as individuals or are unable to see that some are less than the ones you describe.
It means that your "default" position is to have a sense of wonder and appreciation, to look for the best in people.
