but the only way I could see Trump going any lower than he will tonight is a caricature of the old African witch doctor from movies long past. Reasoning would be to taunt Obama specifically with a horrible racial stereotype with a slight tie in to Dem health care proposals.

Honestly I wouldn't put such a stunt beyond them.
