You wonder about the aftermath once the Trump jumpers realize they have lost and are (sorry) fucked royally. Trump won't be president. I can hear the smashing of vases, windows, furniture et al as they rage. If so many Trumpers are that passionate they could lose it altogether.
I still do not feel totally secure on a Hillary and Democratic victory. The only poll that matters is the vote at the polls and the votes are counted and certified.

(4,517 posts)are planning to hole up in their little doomsday bunkers. I know people who requested time off work months ago, so they could bug out to where-the-hell-ever it is they go to await the end of the world. Lets hope they stay there long after the elections.

(10,201 posts)Starting at around 8PM EST, every hospital in the nation has the following standing orders.
1. Identify a large open space suitable for at least 500 or more beds (depending on the size of your area's population).
2. If there is no on-property space available, consult with your local high school. The space required could be accommodated by a football field or soccer (the real football) pitch.
3. If inclement weather is expected ensure that there is sufficient tenting or canopies available. Reach out to your local national guard if your hospital does not have the appropriate supplies.
4. Preparation of the beds: All beds, gurneys, cots, or stretchers should be set to their lowest possible setting. The height of which should be no more than 13.5 inches from the ground.
5. Supplies required: Ice, and Ammonium Carbonate
6. Staff Required: About 3 to 4 hospital employees. To prevent the need to call in additional doctors, or nurses any hospital staff will be ok to assign to this triage unit. It is recommended that anyone working at the hospital seeking some extra overtime should be encouraged to sign up. This includes but is not limited to IT, Accounting, HR, Cafeteria, Service, Grounds Maintenance, Records Management, Janitorial, or Gift/Coffee Shop staff.
* Notes * Expect a surge of patients shortly after Candidate Clinton has been declared the winner. As patients arrive, they must be separated from actual hospital patients. This will require medical staff to properly identify the condition of incoming patients. If the condition is a medical emergency, the staff should follow protocol for care, if it is determined that the patient is simply a Trump supporter, they should be directed to the triage unit in the parking lot or the off site center. Upon admitting Trump patients, they should be directed by the staff to the nearest and preferably empty bed. The patient is then free to faint upon their assigned bed.
The staff should continually walk the lines of beds, and for any patient who has been unconscious for more than 5 minutes smack them hard in the face nor more than 4 times. If the patient is not roused after 4 sound smacks to the face, the Ammonium Carbonate (smelling salts) is to be used. If the patient still does not regain consciousness, the staff should be directed to dump the patient to the curb, or a nearby alley. Just make sure it is off hospital property.
Staff working the triage units are encouraged to use the provided ice to prevent the swelling of the hands.
