Thank you for posting about it - the language is very confusing and I expect many will not know which way to vote.

The number of organizations that support it are very minimal. The only one I've heard of is the Florida NAACP. The opposition is overwhelming. Al Gore, AFC-CIO, Greenpeace, Sierra Club, League of Women Voters of Florida, etc. The Green Party of Florida and the Libertarian Party of Florida are against it. Countless county Democratic Parties have opposed it. Solar companies and some energy companies oppose it.
From what I gathered this is all being pushed by FPL. The whole Consumers for Smart Solar political committee reeks are AstroTurfing.
