Fight over PB&J sandwich ends up with 2 years in jail

http://www.nbc12.com/story/33424620/fight-over-sandwich-lands-new-kent-man-in-jail

A New Kent County man will spend the next two years in jail after getting into a fight over a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Police showed up to a home in the Lanexa area after Rich's wife said she and her husband were fighting over a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

After smelling alcohol, police asked Rich if he owned any weapons.

Rich and his wife confessed he did have a weapon on him, which is a problem because Rich is also a felon.

Sure, blame the PB&J. It shouldn't have been so 'tempting'. It shouldn't have been out at night. randome Oct 2016 #4
