MS/NBC posts an audio-only version almost every night. It's only 10 MB, easily downloadable on an iPhone or such. Granted, no video, but hey! One gets the program in places where there's no broadband INet or Cable TV.

It's the only MS/NBC program available this way. I wish Lawrence O'Donnell was too. Sadly not.

Just point your podcast aggregator towards "Rachel Maddow" and subscribe to the one labelled "audio".

Easy peasy!
