Do you notice that Trump supporters are not content posting only ONE sign in their yards?

Maybe this doesn't apply to the more liberal parts of the country. But in rural NW Ohio, I'll bet if someone is posting a Trump sign in their yard, they will have multiple signs. I've seen small lots where as many as 7 signs were posted. I'll bet less than 10% of the homes with Trump signs have only one sign.

I don't recall seeing anything like this in previous elections.

I'd like to hear someone's psychological analysis on this behavior. It's got to be some type of insecurity, where they feel that posting multiple signs is like yelling their support at the top of their lungs or something.

You don't see this with Clinton signs. That's partly because I've probably seen only about 20 homes with Hillary signs within a 50 mile radius of where I live. And they all had just one sign apiece.

There's way fewer houses with Trump signs than say Romney 4 years ago, but the houses that have them typically have 2-3. And yeah, I haven't seen that for Hillary signs either. I suppose the multiple signs is like writing an email with all caps.

...they will repeat those claims louder and louder, as if yelling something makes it less false.

They need to project dominance at all times or they're afraid they'll look 'weak'.

There is one house though, that has two Trump signs, two jail Hillary signs and a giant Trump sign on the roof of their garage.

he leads a cult of personality, he is (to them) literally Der Fuehrer

he is a very dangerous person and, while the election is likely to be OK for us, I do worry about his followers post election

They were in ambiguous roadside areas where they wouldn't be tied to any business or person.

There is a road in Duluth, MN where traditionally the side where the houses are on Lake Superior have red signs and the opposite side of the road have blue signs. Last time I was up there there were much fewer signs than normal, and no Trump signs. I'll have to check again today as I drive through on my way to the North Shore.

He had seven at first, and then slowly they disappeared. I think people must have stolen them. For a while, he had none. Then, one day, he had seven again. He also has giant banners on his garage telling people to "end corruption " by voting straight Republican . He also sometimes sits in front of his house, or at other busy parts of the town, holding up a Trump sign.

There are at least two other houses that have just one Trump sign, though. This is a Blue town in a Blue state.
