Those were his words. Anybody that says they are a Christian, and support Trump, have punched their ticket straight to hell. Everything that Jesus spoke against, they are for.

Not all, but many very conservative fundamentalist Christians vote for Republicans who draft legislation that oppresses and disenfranchises minorities.
