Watching a panel now on CNN and Coopers stiff face just asked a Trump surrogate, Dont you wish this story came out 6 months ago?
Jesus.... Anderson...How about tagging the fact that because of ACA there are now 16 million people who now have a good healthcare plan... Yea, its an medicaid expansion program, but it was because of Obamacare that it probably is saving thousands of lives..
And while Im at it ( and believe me it seems that all MSM pundits are jumping on this story today) I havent heard one pundent state that Obamas initial hope was to pass a Medicare For All Plan which Republicans and some scumbag Democrats threw in the garbage from day 1.
How about it guys? Do your job and react to this story fucking in a professional manner and present all the sides.. By the way the Republican answer to Obamacare.. Tax Credits ( yea that ill help a family of 4 whos annual in come is 50 Grand) , and they also like the idea of interstate insurance purchasing..
That ill solve our problems.. Idiots!

(8,515 posts)He might not have suggested (mentioned) Medicare For All.. But he sure mentioned Universal Healthcare as an alternative..Single Payer as well..
You know as well as I do that, that our healthcare system is a screwed up disaster. And that it would probably take a combination of the plans mentioned above to address our problems.
So in the end why the heck were you so concerned about my Medicare For All comment?

(50,318 posts)It's all about the money, the people are secondary. United Health just dumped a chunk of their Obamacare business and saw profits rise considerably. If you only collect money and don't allow sick people to get care, it's a great scheme for the greedy. Medicare should immediately be open to everyone and have a sliding scale premium.
