I hate news titles with a question mark

I am the reader, you are the journalist, so why are you asking me what happened?

Politico "reports:"

"Not even vetted?

How about...you tell me? You idiot. You get paid to tell me whether Marco Rubio was vetted or not. In fact, ABC reported that he was not vetted, so why ask the question?

Journalists should not post things of which they are not sure.

I can cite many, many more idiotic question-mark headlines. They irk me.
