Marco Rubio says he would come to the U.S. illegally if he had to

Hypothetically, if Marco Rubio were not an American citizen and could not provide food for his family, he says he would cross the border illegally to come to the United States.
While discussing immigration policy in his new memoir, An American Son, Rubio called for "common decency" in dealing with undocumented immigrants and said that if put in a similar position as those who are fleeing destitution, he would break the law, too.
"Many people who come here illegally are doing exactly what we would do if we lived in a country where we couldn't feed our families," Rubio writes in his book, which went on sale Tuesday. "If my kids went to sleep hungry every night and my country didn't give me an opportunity to feed them, there isn't a law, no matter how restrictive, that would prevent me from coming here."

That makes TWO GOPs this week I will never vote for for anything....Senator Marco Rubio who is not as conservative as he lets on.
And Angela Corey-the State Prosecutor from Jacksonville who brought the charges up against George Zimmerman for defending himself.

Me too. I would do anything for my family. And if I got caught sneaking into a foreigh country I would expect to be incarcerated, deported, or shot on sight.

If you lived in east germany would you dig a tunel to escape?
Would Ronald Reagan have let elian gonzalez stay?

Marco Rubio
born May 28, 1971 in Miami, FL (Meets the Jus Soli Requirement)
Parents were
Mario Rubio born in Cuba, naturalized Nov. 5, 1975.
Oria Garcia born in Cuba, naturalized Nov. 5, 1975.
Parents were NOT US Citizens at the time of his birth (Does NOT meet the Jus Sanguinis Requirement)
Marco Rubio is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
Marco's status is the same as that of Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama, who is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.

Marco Rubio says he would come to the U.S. illegally if he had to
So would I!! This is the greatest country on earth. I'm an American only by the Grace of God and for that I'm eternally grateful but if I'd been born in some third world hell hole and had an opportunity to bring my family here...legally or illegally..I would do so without hesitation!

Dick Morris recent column urges Romnesty to pick Rubio.
My response:
While Morris makes an interesting purely POLITICAL point, he conveniently OVERLOOKS the CONSTITUTIONAL question about Rubios eligibility.
Though Rubio has waffled on a few issues lately, I respect his general conservatism, which almost certainly flows from his parents having fled the nightmare of Castros Marxist island prison.
But therein lies the problem: Rubios PARENTS do not meet the necessary requirement of natural born for which Obama is today being challenged in a Florida court. In fact, Larry Klayman, attorney for the DEMOCRAT plaintiff in that case, made a glancing reference to the ineligibility of both Rubio and Bobby Jindal in his presentation to Judge Lewis on 6/18.
Look folks, either we HAVE a Constitution or we DO NOT. If Rubio, the son of parents who fled one form of ONE MAN TYRANNY, offers for or is tapped for VP, will he not be furthering the accelerating destruction of the very document the Founders left us to prevent our becoming a nation of men as opposed to a nation of LAWS, the Constitution being the primary exemplar?
And if the Hispanics here legally and otherwise help Obama to a second term on the basis that the rule of law and the Constitution are not important, they have only to look to Cuba to see where THAT will lead. They will have helped turn here into there and will no longer have a here to which to flee the tyranny.
In case you havent noticed, were in the process of CHOOSING SIDES in America.
Which side are YOU on??
