Saying Insufficient funds at some locations....two different cards/accounts...plenty of cash on both.

I was having trouble listing on eBay earlier today...had to resort to Firefox with NoScript to get anywhere.

Everytime...all I was trying to was start the next sentence. Add a line break...and it would freeze. Even after a restart....back the draft...freeze
