Let's see what happens first. This really isn't directed at you malaise, I'm just not one who likes taking things for granted and I've been seeing a LOT of it here on DU since yesterday. Plus I'm a nervous wreck.

and being a nervous wreck.

So, let's say he loses. Hypothetically. If he loses, I don't think he will ever shut up. I think the media will love it, and they will continue giving him air time. He is great for ratings, and for late-night comedians. As long as that remains true, we will still be seeing and hearing him. It could go on for a long time.

Plus of course the system being rigged; will float a shitload of conspiracy theories about "illegals" and dead people voting. Going away quietly is wishful thinking. This is the most thin-skinned man on the planet. He can't let anything slide, let alone an electoral humiliation (let's hope!)
