What a day...trying to minimize time on the laptop!

Early morning doc appt, worked to improve our flower gardens for a few hours with my wife (our boy chocolate Buddy passed a month or so ago - 14 years old and the BEST - we miss him) - so his ashes are now helping a white mum grow.

About to cook a roasted tomato crostata to bring to a friend's house for an election night party. Feeling like it will be a good night, so chilling some bubbly.

Finally done obsessively refreshing predictwise, Upshot, 538, PEC....but now I am peeing at Votecastr and Vice. Liking what I see.

Housework in the morning. Late morning I put a turkey breast in the oven to roast. Then I made a large pot of green chili with pork.

A neighbor is having a new sewer line installed across the street. So lots to see off and on with the digging etc that goes on with all that.

So now I'm torturing myself with peeking at the tv now and then. The talking heads are chewing cud waiting for when the tallies start coming in.
