Hester had to. The man, not. No responsibility.
Why are women blamed for everything and the men get a free ride? Hester committed adultery on her own. Really? No man was a part of the equation?
Well, that has always been the way. It is OUR fault when a man beats the shit out of us, we had to have done something horribly wrong. We deserved it.
Well you know, sounds like the results of the election. A woman that excelled in the polls on the day of her election and lost. The whole election cycle, she was beaten by the media, trolls and the chauvinists in the GOP and her party alike. Yes her opponent as well that stayed in the race far too long. He refused to concede. Why? A woman beat him. SHE is said to be totally responsible for her loss. She was flawed. She was weak. She lied. She had baggage. She is a SHRILL SHILL. So Hill gets to wear the letter L for loser after getting the popular vote by a Million and counting. Yet here I see post after post after post that BS WOULD HAVE WON. Wake up, he could not even beat a woman. He ran a weak campaign. Same stump speech over and over with tales of unicorns. He did not win yet he and bros blame the woman.
The ones that should have the L on their chest are the ones that refused to vote for our Democratic candidate. We lost, yet I SURE AS HELL AM NOT WEARING THE L for you. AND NEITHER IS HILLARY.

(27,843 posts)As I watch the popular vote total mount up for Hillary, and reflect on the amount of time wasted on her emails and not her policy, I can't help but fume. We should wear the "L" - we are the ones who LOST the chance to have a great President.

knew someone would grab that and run. I know you have little to run with. He lost hugely.
Thank so much for not commenting on the thread.
You have comments on his essays as well????
TIA!
I misunderstood you. I thought you were saying "beaten by a woman" as the lowest common denominator.

(65,502 posts)been identified, he would have been punished, too. In fact, Hester's disguised husband does make sure the Rev. D suffers severely for his transgression.

(11,996 posts)From all the threads I am not sure if the Bros. blame the woman, or her supporters.
Bernie certainly seems to blame her...
"Sanders did not go into depth about the errors Democrats made during the 2016 campaign, but he noted that the widespread losses that the party suffered show that it's time for a change.
He said that evidence is strong that the party must "reassess what it stands for and where it wants to go" given that Democrats lost "the White House in a campaign against a gentleman who I believe will enter the White House as the least popular candidate in the history of this country," as well as down-ballot seats.
"It is ... not possible to be a candidate of corporate America, not possible to be a candidate of the insurance companies or Wall Street, not take huge amounts of money from powerful special interests, and then say, well, I am going to champion the needs of a declining middle class, Im going to champion and fight for the needs of working class people," Sanders continued. "I dont think you can do that."
