I am becoming quite partial to "The War Room" lately...I also like the Spitzer Show. I was bouncing back and forth between MSNBC and Current. During a commercial break I would switch but lately I find myself staying with Current more and more.

If I am going to spend some of my time I want to hear solutions offered and just straight facts.
MSNBC has become a whine fest.

and Cenk makes me think. Can't remember the last time I saw Tweety.

I can't find it in my cable either.

The sound is really fuzzy and about half volume or less than any other channels. This was true when I got it over DirecTV and is still true over Prism TV (CenturyLink internet TV), so it's not just the provider.

I have to jack the volume way up to understand what is being said. But I am a channel hopper and get blasted with the elevated sound when I jump to other channels. So I avoid watching Current since I can't easily jump between channels.

If it takes moving to HD quality to improve their sound, then they should invest the money now, not later.

Seriously, I would say besides the programming itself they should fight for a better channel number on the systems that carry them. And cable channels do fight each other for lower channel numbers, by the way. I had Current at my previous apartment, it was somewhere in the 800's. Where I currently live, it's channel 560. CNN is 46, MSNBC is 49, Fox News is 70. People aren't going to browse around and click up to a channel in the 500's unless they really intend to watch a specific channel.

..is not to have their commercials at the same time as MSNBC. People usually switch channels during commercial breaks. They don't like to switch from one commercial to another. I have noticed that Current is loaded down with commercial breaks, as is MSNBC, and as the Chris Hays show on the weekend. It's difficult to follow a discussion.
