HRC is up by 1.5 million votes with still at least 4 million still to be counted many in CA,WA, UT

During the 2012 election between Obama and Mitt Romney, Obama won with a total vote of 65,915,795. There’s still four million votes to be counted in California and Utah, which could potentially move Clinton even closer to Obama’s 2012 total and ahead of Trump by nearly 2 million more votes.

voter suppression far beyond what happened in 2012 -- because the courts in 2013 decimated the voting rights act.

Millions since then have been purged, or newly required to provide voter ID, or had their polling place removed, or early voting days eliminated.
