So Dumpster doesn't care about room occupancy, then

surrender hotel in DC and the tower in NY and all the profit from them for the term of your stay at the White House. Surrender Mar Largo too while you're at it. Surrender them to the United States Treasury. You and your grifter kids won't have to worry about a conflict of interest for those enterprises. We are not going to let you grift off the United States for any portion of your stay in the White House.
