trump appears to be setting a record for breaking promises

just a couple weeks from being declared the winner of the election (:scared and already he's:

- broken his promise to "lock her up"

- scaled back his promise to repeal obamacare, at least in its entirety (he has to keep the popular parts like coverage until 26 and pre-existing conditions -- and then figure out how that gets paid for)

- scaled back his promise to "build a wall" -- now it's a fence, at least in parts.

i'm sure i'm missing a few. trump of course is making it up as he goes along, but i find it impressive that he didn't even wait until inauguration day to start breaking promises.

not that i'm complaining regarding the specifics, but i hope he has to pay a political price for his con man crap.

i don't think they expected a replica of the great wall of china along the mexican border.

but i think they did expect hillary to be prosecuted.

in any event, as to the wall, you would think he would have waited to get plans and then have the "experts" tell him that the great wall would be way too expensive, and only then scale back the wall, blaming the bean-counters. and calling them fat and ugly while he's at it, i guess....

As a means to distract people from the rapidly deteriorating situation.

In the end, it won't be about policy. It will be about himself.
