I am now in favor of a transfer payment equalization amendment to the Constitution.

For every dollar sent to D.C., a state should get back exactly one dollar in federal funding.

Why should the states like CA, WA, OR, MI, NY have to fund the states like AL, MS, KY, etc? Let them raise their own taxes to fund the gap after it is passed.

It's time to change that...if we take from them long enough they'll eventually join our side.

For every dollar they currently give we should take one more until they learn to vote properly...
