Leslie Moonves on Donald Trump: "It May Not Be Good for America, but It's Damn Good for CBS"

WONDERING WTF is up with the goddamned unethical corprat "news" media in the US? Well, here you go....

"Most of the ads are not about issues. They're sort of like the debates," the CBS CEO said.

Leslie Moonves can appreciate a Donald Trump candidacy.

Not that the CBS executive chairman and CEO might vote for the Republican presidential frontrunner, but he likes the ad money Trump and his competitors are bringing to the network.

"It may not be good for America, but it's damn good for CBS," he said of the presidential race.

Moonves called the campaign for president a "circus" full of "bomb throwing," and he hopes it continues.

Glad to see you're so enthused about Trump, Mr. Moonves. You and your cohorts had a huge role in putting him in The White House In Mid-Town Manhattan.

President-elect Donald Trump is alleging that he would have won the nation’s popular vote if it weren’t for the “millions of people who voted illegally,” during a series of tweets in which he panned the recount efforts that could take place soon in three states.

Mr. Trump expressed his feelings Sunday afternoon on the “so-called popular vote” on Twitter:

Look at my original post in this thread. THIS HEADLINE is a prime example of the corprat media continually fellating Trump and CBS CEO admits they are doing it for PURE PROFIT -- nevermind the goddamned DAMAGE the asshole is going to do to the rest of us and to this country.

Not because Trump was a serious candidate, for he was not. It was all about ratings and ad revenue.

Zucker belongs in prison.
