(39,343 posts)So what was the point of it? To squeeze a few more bucks from the gullible who voted for her?

(22,165 posts)Obviously my opinion of her flavors my opinion of everything she does ... I see this as a "Jill Stein attention getting ploy." She enjoyed the attention paid to her as a potential spoiler during the campaign and the total media abandonment after appears to be intolerable to her.

(2,897 posts)Look at how her reputation has improved here on DU. Her goal isn't to stop Trump. Her goal is to take an even bigger chunk of the vote in 2020. Expect her to point to this as a way of absolving her of any complicity in electing Trump.

(46,179 posts)The people who voted for him gave us Trump. The people who nominated the opponent that the right loves to hate gave us Trump.
Steins votes did not make the difference in the states that went Trump. Scapegoating doesn't escape that fact, regardless of how badly some need a scapegoat.
Hate her if you want, but at least be honest in your hatred.
Personally, I like Stein. And my state voted Clinton. We didn't "give you" Trump.

(28,876 posts)It can be read as just a slam of Clinton, or praise of Clinton and, presumably, a slam of Trump.
Either way, as it is from Stein, I don't really care.

(41 posts)When she herself has tweeted that not all of that money was to be directed toward recount efforts? Sounds like an Eagles song. Supporting this? How does it feel to have yor wealth redistributed?

(7,963 posts)Pissing on Hillary and just do the damn recount. She really doesn't get diplomacy or marketing points by doing this. Who she wants to win over will not take kindly to her pissy comments. DUH.
