His tweets are distractions. Keep the media fed with something for their headlines, something easy to grab, and they won't give sufficient attention to the real stories.

I used to support the "we can do both at once" line of thinking.

No more. Except to the point that his Tweeting indicates a dysfunctional mind that shouldn't be POTUS, I really wish Democrats, DU'ers and the Media would begin ignoring them.
