Wisconsin recount timeline

According to this, no hand recount unless Stein gets a court order. I'm assuming this is what the money she said she needed for lawyers fees is about?

I think (keep that in mind) that the fee of 3.5 million up from the 1.1 million originally promised by WI is just for recount. She needs attorney fees in addition to that. I've read estimates of about 1 million for those. WI alone ate up 4.5 of her 7 million. Wondering if Clinton can step in with some funding.

Legal questions come up and a lawyer must be available to argue the matter. At the Supreme Court recount in 2011 both sides had lawyers present or on call every day.
