Do Trump and the Trumpsters really think protesters are going to care if flag burning is "illegal"?

Someone burning a flag to dispose of it for example wouldn't necessarily get in any trouble. Burning a flag is intended to be a statement. Should a constitutionally protected statement but we'll see how things go.

Just more blow-hardness from trump - kind of settled law already anyway.
