i guess i haven't been paying too close attention. i did just get back from vacation. anybody on DU paying better attention than me? did the prosecution make the case??

and probably tomorrow. With any luck this monster will spend the rest of his miserable life in The Big House. And they will probably have to put him in secured lockdown to prevent him being killed by the other inmates. Child molesters aren't even popular behind bars.
