something about the coming election and election fraud? Perhaps his planning was in based on foreknowledge of the outcome due to his awareness that the election is/was rigged in his favor and he needed to start planning for actually being president rather than just the remote possibility. He has been claiming that the vote was fraudulent, maybe he is right, but not for the reasons he wants the public to think.
The FBI could investigate but, well, we can all guess where that would lead. Down the rabbit hole and into the matrix, drifting through the hall of mirrors, finally to land in the black hole of Nixonian indignation and denial.

(2,068 posts)From the WaPo article:
Immediately after Trump won the Nov. 8 election, his staffers compiled a list of foreign leaders with whom to arrange calls. Very early on, Taiwan was on that list, said Stephen Yates, a national security official during the presidency of George W. Bush and an expert on China and Taiwan. Once the call was scheduled, I was told that there was a briefing for President-elect Trump. They knew that there would be reaction and potential blowback.

(24,086 posts)It hasn't even been quite a month since the travesty of an election (altho it already feels like eons).
So was it months, or, if only a matter of a couple of weeks, just the usually tendency of DFT (Donald Fucking Trump) to overstate and exaggerate eveything?
