Unfuckwithability

I just watched a YouTube video with Vishen Lakhiani who discussed how to be unfuckwithable. In other words, you don't let anyone disturb your peace of mind so that you can focus on accomplishing what you want to accomplish.

1. You forgive everyone and yourself for everything and unburden yourself of the negativity that has been imposed on you from within and without.
2. You tell yourself and come to believe that you "are enough." You don't have to fill yourself up with things or other people's approval. You don't have anything to prove to yourself and you let go of fear.
3. Practice mindfulness, take in the moments of your life, one by one.

I was beside myself during the Bush years. The lies, the criminality, the propaganda, the distortions upset my peace of mind greatly.

And now I see an even bigger tidal wave of bullshit coming with the Trump administration. As a citizen of the United States how do I live here with the ludicrousness and keep my peace of mind so I can see clearly and not succumb to hate and live in a state of revulsion? (No pun intended.)

So I vowed to not let Trump fuck with my head. But everything that comes out of his mouth has the potential to make me want to strike back. To even try to decode what he says twists my thoughts into pretzels that repulse me. I don't want to spend my precious time in this dance. He is not God. His words don't make anything happen. When legislation comes down the road, that is when the action must be stopped. We must not let fear paralyze or confuse us.

We have fallen into a trap. We are caught on the other side of his coin. We cannot let them distract us to use all our positive energy in a fight with the whirlwind of their nonsense. We must call it what it is. We must demand the media expose the lies or let them know we will not pay their salaries if they are just going to feed us lies.

Trump is totally fuckwithable and he's trying to drag the nation down to his level. He is playing his game. He wins if we play with his rules and are only responding to the latest drivel.

But he will not fuck with me.
