*Potentially* Free Tuition for City and State College in NY

Some details to be worked out but free tuition for kids with families making less than 125k. Apparently, it's only going to cost 163 million. However, It doesn't mention if that's a year or what. I assume that it's on top of how much is already given out in state aid for the state and city college systems. However it works out it's nice moon hop in the right direction, if it passes.

Thanks Cuomo, no sarcasm.

student loans.

If a student can live at home, the parents may be able to swing books and fees out of current income. This is great for middle class families that make too much money to be eligible for Pell grants.
