While discussing the naming of Jared Kushner and the anti-nepotism law Chris Matthews asked which court could hear a case about this. His guest said no court...the only agency who can blow the whistle on this is the Office of Special Counsel. And, conveniently enough, the head of the OCE is appointed by the president.
