Squawking, flapping, and leaving a mess, Donald Trump is the epitome of a seagull manager

Squawking, flapping, and leaving a mess, Donald Trump is the epitome of a “seagull manager”

"SNIP...........

Other writers on management have adopted the concept, and fleshed out the characteristics of the seagull manager:

Fly in: They avoid involving themselves in the details of a project, but at the first sign of trouble, swoop in and attempt to play hero.

Make a lot of noise: They frequently overreact, feign shock, send mass emails (or frequently in Trump’s case, tweets) and offer little more than formulaic advice.

Dump on everyone: They’re quick to criticize and cast blame—often in front of others—but rarely, if ever, accept responsibility themselves.

Fly out: They exit the situation at the first opportunity, and expect that someone else will clean up the mess.

He would often go ahead and make comments about various different types of bosses as well, for example there was a "bungee boss"that would stick around long enough to change everything, then get out, leaving behind nothing but a lot of chaos in their wake.

Of course, Gilbert's creator has become a Trump stump, mainly because he had a grudge against women, and he was angry that he would have to pay taxes, considering that this country had enough middle-class people to buy his comic books. It's very sad the person who, in such a skilled fashion, purest so many delusions that the manager class has in America, we used to strip down the idea that these pointy-headed idiots were responsible for the wealth creation, has now given his sword to precisely the sort of pointy-headed bosses he used to insult. As Cyndi Lauper once said "money changes everything."

side of an unsatisfied rich person and selfishness. Hey buddy, give some money back. Change some lives for the better, excluding sadists' happiness (they like it when people are hurt - makes them happy). That is what will make you happy. It is called having values.
