History. Historic Moments. It - and they can be great - and they can be awful.

Historic means "momentous - significant".

We are having historic moment whiplash, that's for sure. From Bill Clinton to Dubya to Barack Obama (superbly historic) to...well, I don't need to finish that sentence, but likely to be historically awful.

It is rather odd to have one's birthday on inauguration day. Of those presidents elected during my life (starting when I was aware of politics) - Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon/Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, WorseBush, Obama...Trump. That's 7 deeply depressing birthdays and 7 rather joyous birthdays.

What does that mean....I guess that change is a constant. And as dark as things can look, they can get better.

But - as we all probably feel, this "worse" feels like the worst yet.

emboldened by a man lacking character. Fortunately WE actually are the majority. It's time we own it.

in Trumps inner circle now. Even Kellyanne and her husband go back to those days.

And it is wrong of me in many ways, but I have more contempt for her lies because she is a woman. Surprises me that I feel that way! It may be because we have so many strong, brilliant women on our side of the fence, that it is truly shocking to see a woman be so willfully evil.
