Except that he's even more detached from reality than Baghdad Bob ever was - and I don't recall that Bob ever went completely psycho under questioning.

And even if the Trump administration could quell the MSM, they couldn't stop the power of social media. China has a handle on it within its borders, but there's no way Trump is going to stop everyday citizens from spreading the word. Therefore Spicer will always have to counter damning images making the rounds on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Maybe his head will explode as he realizes his lies are futile.
