He brings his cheerleader squad to the CIA, and then insults the memories of fallen CIA agents by breaking with etiquette to give an angry political speech in front of the wall of stars. Then he instructs Spicer to lie repeatedly about a bunch of easily verified facts.
He's insane.

The CNN CIA reporter Jim Sciutto was clearly expressing sentiment from The Company. That's part of building trust. They leak things for reasons and he has to be trusted by them. He was PISSED and it showed.
I thought it was odd that agents would applaud.
