It is propoganda and despot dictator bullshit. It made the CIA look like tools yesterday and they don't need that.

that anyone would believe a bunch of spooks would be hooting and clapping in public about anything.

For months that are now becoming years. Dipwipe has declared war against them and they don't know where to start. It's almost as if democratic politicians refuse to support the press against him, like they won't forgive them for years of bad press they may have gotten for whatever.
