GOP Says Women Should Be Submissive With Legs Open. What The Hell Are Women Thinking Who Vote GOP.

What I just said in the title of my OP is what GOP men say every single day in so many ways. So why the hell do so many women vote for these pricks? I will never understand their thinking. If Hillary had won the women's vote she would have won decisively. If being able to control your own body and reproductive future is not good enough what the hell is.

Now it will be worse for all women. Hell these bastards would repeal a woman's right to vote given the chance.

Sorry for being so graphic, but my header is how the GOP frames their attitude. They have no remorse of denigrating women when you look at all the legislation the plan to pass. So why aren't vast majorities of women enraged. Even GOP women seem ok with their status.

Don't underestimate their beliefs in such things. Or their numbers.

No I wouldn't wear that out, but there's no reason to post it. It doesn't build bridges.

They think it's normal and okay for men to be misogynists, make jokes about feminists. Hell, they even joke right along with those guys. I don't fault them for that, because for the women who are surrounded by misogyny, it is a matter of survival to join in, and not buck the trend. They need reinforcement and assurance that fighting back won't cost them. That we, who have the luxury of having won a lot of those battles, will have the back of our sisters who are just starting to spread their wings. We need to have their backs, and not look down on them as hillbillies, not worthy of our attention.

I'm a German woman, living in Massachusetts, but I can imagine that my sisters who are not as fortunate as I am would be glad to know I have their back. I don't care if it takes them longer than I might like to fight their way to equality. We are all in this together, and those of us who are fortunate to have attained equality with the men in our lives, owe it to our sisters who are still struggling, to lend them a hand.
